Processing and dispatch
Orders normally dispatch within 2–4 business days after payment and order verification. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. This is a dispatch estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date.
Delivery estimates
Carrier transit begins after dispatch and varies by destination, carrier conditions, weather, and customs processing. The most current estimate available for your destination appears at checkout or with your tracking information.
Tracking
Tracking information is sent after dispatch when available. Tracking may take up to 48 hours to begin updating. Please review your address carefully before placing the order and contact us promptly if you notice an error; changes are not guaranteed after processing begins.
International duties and taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or customs charges. Unless checkout states otherwise, these charges are the customer’s responsibility.
